event prep & coordination
Once customer requirements are detailed, we then communicate and collaborate the objectives with event staff and servers. I support local food sources and businesses to create a win-win for all.

A few details
I have been in the event industry since I was a little girl. It all started in my Grandmothers tiny kitchen. She had 13 kids and that is where we started entertaining, and putting on spectacular events, where food is and was always the Main Event. That is what has kept our family close, connected, and loving.
I have been in the Event/Hospitality Industry for over 25 years. I have worked as a catering sales manager, wedding planner, as well as general manager in the trade show industry. I also managed a small family-owned jute-joint (bar and restaurant) called Joe’s Twin Villa in Osterville, MA for many years which was a labor of love.
How we solved it
Fresh ingredients are the best! Being Native and growing up on Cape Cod has provided me with the best indigenous foods that are delicious, fresh, and come straight from mother earth and our OCEANS. I love gardening and grow my own organic herbs and vegetables which is also budget friendly.

Menu planning is all about having great conversations. I love talking food! I like to create menus around what is on sale at local markets, fishmongers, and liquor stores. I stick to budgets wherever we can, without compromising quality.
